Project Manager in the Information Society Department in the Marshal Office of the Malopolska Region, Poland 

His academic background originates from public administration and socio-economic policy. One of the Polish experts in field of eGoverment  (management of electronic information, access to the public information, etc.). Co-author of several academic publications concerning eGov in Poland. Researcher on the public information issues at the Jagiellonian Univercity in Cracow, Poland (ending the PhD process).

Currently he is acting as a project manager in the Information Society Department in the Marshal Office of the Malopolska Region (public information section). Coordinator of regional internet platform - Malopolska Gateway (see: http://www.malopolska.pl) and unit manager of BIP (Public Information Bulletin) in Malopolska. Co-author of the first in Poland, regional programme in the field of the information society development and implementation of the eGoverment solutions – The Informatization Plan for the Malopolska Region in 2004 – 2006.
