Sébastien Lévy works as a consultant-expert and advisor in Information and Communication Technologies and is Associate Partner at ITEMS International since 1996. He has led several studies and projects in the field of eGovernment & eDemocracy for Local, Regional and National Authorities and is currently involved in European projects with the French Ministry of the Interior and the City of Issy-les-Moulineaux improving e-voting participation and the development of different new applications and services for citizens.

Recently he has been involved in a stakeholder study for the European Commission to inform the eGovernment vision for the EU in 2010. He also has an expertise in digital imaging, multimedia and eLearning. In addition he is Vice-President of the “Global Forum/ Shaping the Future”, an annual worldwide conference on the developments and perspectives of the Information Society.
