Note: The main scope of the parallel sessions is to present cases of excellence from all Europe that can inspire regional and local administrations from the new Member States to implement policies and projects making use of the structural funds programme of the European Union being launched at national and regional level. The speakers will introduce the parallel sessions and present some practical guidelines in this regard.
